Once upon a time I decided I wanted to be an Esthetician, this was back in 2004. Fast forward to 2011 and I am a Master Esthetician and have been since 2007. While I don't work in any type of spa setting I love having the knowledge about skin care that attending school taught me.

Maybe one day I will save up some money to buy a plethora of glorious products to start giving facials and other fabulous treatments, but until then I am hoping to use this blog as a way to educate and enlighten not only myself but you as well.

Skin care does not always have to cost a fortune, you can find ingredients right in your own home to care for your skin. Oatmeal, yogurt and honey are such simple ingredients and yet they can have a huge impact on your face and skin.

Oatmeal and Yogurt Face Mask:

-1 tbsp oatmeal, finely ground
-1 tbsp plain yogurt
-a few drops of honey, warmed up

combine oatmeal and yogurt in a small bowl and stir until well blended. Add warm a spoon under hot water for one minute and then add a few drops of honey to the the oatmeal and yogurt mixture and stir well.

Gently apply mask to face...avoiding eyes...and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and follow with a warm washcloth.

Apply moisturizer and enjoy your refreshed skin.

Having a healthy meal in routine is a good thing that I am being careful about every single time. That is the only idea that we are having to live the most healthy life till it has been ended.
